1. Tell us the task
You book a short discovery conversation — 20 minutes, no pitch deck. We listen for the slow, boring task that’s eating your week. We tell you straight whether an agent can do it, and which agent shape fits.
If we’re not a fit, we say so. Better that than the other way round.
2. We shake hands — then we build
If it’s a go, you take a card on file. No charge until day 15 — the first two weeks are free. We start building your agent.
Building means: naming them, briefing them, plugging them into the systems you already use, and running them past you until the output is reliably yours-not-AI. Typically takes a few days, not months.
3. You message them like a colleague
The day they go live, you meet them — usually on WhatsApp. From then on you message them the way you’d message a new hire. “Chase anyone who hasn’t replied to a quote in three working days.” “Move the Thursday calls to Tuesdays.” “Draft this week’s newsletter around the renovation we just finished.” Plain English.
We stay in the background. Tuning. Upgrading. Watching for anything that needs your eyes. You don’t hear from us unless we’ve got something to say.

Adding more agents
When the first one’s paying for itself, you come back and add another. Each new agent is its own discovery conversation, its own build, its own two-week free trial. No bundle-or-nothing pressure.
If it’s not working
You cancel any time. From the first two weeks, you cancel and owe nothing. From day 15, you cancel and your billing ends — no minimum term beyond month-to-month.
